hey shing!
i am still experimenting, but the taste and aroma are much better than paper filter. i don't like that the water drains too quickly.
i will buy the metal filter and will experiment with it and report back soon.
but i really don't like Aeropress too much. the body is flat and taste is boring. |

That's what I get from Aeropress as early as in 2008 from Felix which used paper filter. Coava DISK changes my mind so much so I don't call this brew method Aeropress. I typically mentioned I use Coava DISK to brew my coffee today. AP itself doesn't mean much to me w/out Coava DISK |

| As I get it from someone else but it was the method that prompt me to add another brewing equipment to my tiny little space at home. If you like body and love to use less coffee, Shing has his method that works to your liking. But I'm a drip guy at heart so I prefer clean, clear, bright cup |

You got it, Neo!  The nel-drip is my favorite method these days, followed by the syphon. |

Any good results with the cloth?
I am still waiting for my Coava 008 disk to arrive in the mail. I will then try your recipe from your Facebook page. I tried it with the paper filter, and it was quite good! |

haha. i'm still messing with syphon though i might eventually go back to neldrip
