No water comes out from the brew head. Thought it was the airlock problem, tried the instructions on the user manual. Water did flow from the steam wand but still no water from the brew head (just droplets of water forming on the shower). Does anyone here know how to fix this? Many Many thanks.

i am not sure if it is the same problem of my case. i am using a gaggia classic , think both machine share many identical parts.


it happened to me when i am done steaming and switched back to espresso mode, machine started but nth came out like what you described.

solution -> i kept the brew button on for almost a minute and then it started coming again. i still couldnt figure out what was the problem.

Always wish to visit "Fresh" and learn from all the masters here if I have the chance. Just my work hours clash perfectly with the opening hours here.
Will take the machine to Gaggia agent in Sheung Wan for repair. Exam fee is $250/hr, excl parts replacement if necessary.

Get my coffee machine back at long last! The total fee is $250. The staff told me that no blockage inside. Just some parts loosened and was tuned up by their technician.
