Asked a friend in Japan .
No idea low speed rpm or good burr , which one is more important ..??
Since there are some more other MIJ choices, anyway, ??? la...
Recently, best cafes in HK use ??? or M3 for their drip, filter, Syphon ...
Small/little powder... this topic, some Champion/s says high hand can use skill to solve this with even a 600N grinder;
I just observe their process of making coffee, NO big action ,
I agree the coffee gets wet is ready to exact ; that's why I like preinfusion for all kind of brewing.

should be ok as many retrofit PID set for classic, DIY is just the same |
