your machine quite similar to other E61 prosumers.
any problem to use it?
since mine is same group head,
Rocket boiler has larger HX.
You have louder rotary pump if you have a more recent version.
if no, too  there is no manual preinfusion you can make with vibe pump...
Good machine anyway !! Evoluzione Cellini or Premium Cellini ?

Ching,the model is the new 2012 cellini premium plus v2.Im now still trying to realize how to use it......i brought it for the well finishing.really the stainless steel finishing is very good.Will post pics aft. |

Grind right , 18 gram for the normal double basket.
17.5 to 18.5 max. weight it for the beginning.
light temp.
make sure fully warm up the machine and do not forget to flush the E61 group head.
normally, when the machine fully warmed up, flush it to 197-202 F.
large HX makes boiling temp. more stable.
if possible, order a group thermometer, please let me know if you have no idea about it.
I plan to get the probes since my machine with smaller boiler which lost heat fast, but U shaped HX performs different with other same kind machine.
So, probes are better.
***Important, 1 good carbon filter + good performance resin needed for those machine.
It should be the only water tank machine ???

Carbon filter, please search my reply or post about water filters.
And :
If you like there is an USA made double kitchen countertop standard 10" filters use, about $1500- for the perfect espresso tank set up.
USA made carbon block *direct import and a Resin.
I keep stock for self and friend use only.
Sure not know how people search me and ask for those.
around 10-12 sets sold to E61 tank users.
Group thermometer & Probes :
Probes need a electronic thermometer work with, but very fast.

Re: Water Filter,I already got Everpure H104 inhouse,now I have order the Co. to fix me new MH2 Filter for coffee machine that they
hightly recommend.Will fix on next Monday.
For the set of thero. temperture system,where I can have it,from Landy?? Or You have ?Thanks for sharing |

Tonight, tested for milk texture.....with 1 liter of milk testing for 6-7 times.Nothing but worse to worse.
But one good news,Landy agree to give me the Grinder on Saturday. |
