I'm a milk-drinker, usually make 2-3 cups/day
Currently using EC155 and rocky for 1 year
Just because of buttock itchiness, I would like to upgrade my machine...
I don't want a HX because I may need to refill my water tank vey often for the cooling flush
so I have narrowed down to 2 machines: the Quick Mill QM67 and the Expobar Leva 2
The price for both is similar
I have search Home barista, experts there seems not very fond of Expobar... but I can have warranty (if buy from Fresh)
Any comments? Thanks so much!

Similar price , sure go for an Italian made machine !
Also, if no fill tank, I strongly recommend inline machine instead of tank vibe pump models,
since the water does NOT contact with AIR which means cleaner water !!
in addition, rotary pump provides more consistant pressure for brewing Espresso. HX NOT = tank fill !!
Mine one is HX, but there is no tank, HX is the main system of commercial machines today, dual boiler, depends on how many cups you make each time.
There are some different kind of HX systems, U shape and others.
of course, put a good filter system before the machine.

then a Gaggia Classic is good enough...
vibe pump, brewing pressure not consistent enough.

| As you are a milk drinker, I won't suggest Gaggia Classic as it is a single boiler machine. I think you have to switch the mode and wait on Gaggia Classic before steaming the milk. |

You need a Flojet bottle water pump and accumulator to reserve the
pressure...
It does good for the rotary system !!

directly connect the water output from filter to the machine not ok?
why need another accumulator and flojet pump?
