water cooling might be an option in this situation..
maybe you can try spraying a little bit of water onto the surface of the roller, so the beans will cool down rapidly, and also the roller will be easier to handle.
just a little bit is ok, you don't want the skin get wet and got stuck with the beans...
one question:
Do your oven have a fan inside? |
Agree, try using some water, right when you want to let the beans out when the temperature is highest.
don't use too much.
I think alot of people asked before me, but i couldn't see answer.
What is the highest temperature that this oven can get to? |

| For this setp-up, I like to ask as the chaff/sliver skin is trapped in the drum until finish the roasting, I guess the beans will have kind of burnt flavour due to the burnt chaff. Any CHing using this machine evaluate it? |
